Use the <embed> tag in HTML.

Use the below mentioned script/code to hide the toolbars surrounding a pdf file (download, save, print, etc etc)

<embed src="filename.pdf#toolbar=0" width="500" height="375"> (Disable toolbar)

<embed src="path/filename.pdf#toolbar=1" width="500" height="375"> (Enable toolbar)

path/filename.pdf - give the path to the pdf file and also mention the pdf filename
toolbar=0 - If you want to disable the toolbar (download, save, print, etc etc)
toolbar=1 - If you want to enable the toolbar (download, save, print, etc etc)
width="500" - give specific width according to your need
height="375" - give specific height according to your need

NOTE: It does not work in Internet Explorer.
